I Have A Scar When I Was 3 Years Old

I have a scar when I was 3 years old I was hit by an iron gate I got a treatment at the age of 20 LNJP Hospital Delhi I have got surgery for 2 times firstly used hydrated cream and hexilak gel and then I used contractubex ointment before treatment it was a little broad and big but after surgery and using ointment it makes The scar thin and light
But there are two knotes upper and lower which are not disappearing
Please suggest me what should I do
