I Have A Scratched Eye, My Dr Told Me To

I have a scratched eye, my dr told me to keep a patch that he out on with paste in my eye till today. When I took it from it was no better and he said if that is the case then to put muro in it and keep covered again for 24 hrs. Everyone I have talked to thinks that is crazy that he did not give me any infection drops or antibiotic for it.
