I Have A Sebacious Cyst On My Scrotum That Is

I have a sebacious cyst on my scrotum that is now infected because I tried to "pop" it.. I am running a fever now, extremely sore and inflamed scrotum, cold sweats. I took some ibroprophen and a hot bath.. can I just put some azithromycin ointment on it or do I need to go get a different prescription of antibiotics?
