I Have A Secondary Heart Block So My Heart Skips

I have a secondary heart block so my heart skips beats I've had a stress test done and they say I'm ok I just need to loose weight and it will go away and suggest I get tested for sleep apnea lately I've been havin chest pains on both side and some times I feel like the beats my heart skips are longer than usual I've also been yawning more lately and having trouble breathing out of my right nostril i was having pain when i pushed on my nose that radiated up to my ear but that went away
