I Have A Sensation In My Ear Canals That Fill

I have a sensation in my ear canals that fill like tingling. Not bad but it almost feels like a fullness. I do have tinnitus from military and I have had my ears checked recently and no infection. I also have been told I have sleep apnea and just started CPAP. I have lost a lot of sleep in last few months and have noticed tinnitus had gotten a little worse. Could it be because of fatigue? I do have high BP but it is controled.
