I Have A Sensation Of Prickly, Or Even Minor Shock

I have a sensation of prickly, or even minor shock at the end of a deep breath, in my chest. I had a major coughing fit a couple of days ago, choking on some bread crumbs. This sensation is new since that episode. Should I go to our medical clinic tomorrow, or ride this out.
