I Have A Serious Question. My Left Testicle A Couple

I have a serious question. My left testicle a couple days ago started hurting but it was like on scale from 1-10 like a 3 or 4 but today no more pain. My testicle seems odd though like every time I walk it’s behjnd my left leg & the right in in front of my right leg. Left testicle hurts when I laugh. Also I can seem to get a grip on grabbing it like I can grab my right teste but not my left cause it’s like slips right out my hands. Please help! No it’s not testicular torsion already went to the er & did a ultrasound too. Please help!
