I Have A Sever Contusion In My Going Area. Right

I have a sever contusion in my going area. Right testicle is the size of an egg. There is no real pain to speak of in the testicle sensitive but not painful. However; there is pain above and beside my pens when the testicals are not supported. It feels like a pulling sensation but very painful
