I Have A Several Enlarged Lymph Nodes In My Neck

I have a several enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and under my arm for a minimum of 6 months, all on the same side and all confirmed by ultrasound. I have an elevated wbc always in the 13000 with increased lymphocytes. The lymph nodes all measure 5mm or less in short axis. My Family practioner wants a biopsy, and sent me to a surgeon. The surgeon said lets wait 2 months because they aren't huge and I haven't lost any weight. My blood calcium also fluctuates from 10 to 11.5. I haven't lost any weight, but have fatique, occasional night sweats and muscle weakness, my neck muscle on that side are always sore but the nodes are not tender to the touch. 23 years ago, I had 2 inguinial nodes removed, Hodgkin's was suspected but both were benign. Should I insist on the biopsy that the GP wants?
