I Have A Severe UTI That's Being Treated With Cipro

I have a severe UTI that's being treated with cipro however they did a urology for chlamydia and gonherrea that came back inconclusive and based on my symptoms they don't think so. What could have caused an inconclusive result though why not just negative. I did have chlamydia 2 years ago left untreated for at least 2 months
