I Have A Severe Cold Since Last Week Wednesday. It

I have a severe cold since last week wednesday.
It started off with a cough a couple of weeks prior. Then last week Tuesday in the evening I started to come down with a sore throat.
On Wednesday of that same week I started feeling body pains all over and by Thursday I had a full blown cold since then. When I cough I spit out flemes which a very thick yellow color . Also when I blow my nose it is also a thick yellow color with blood inside of it.
