I Have A Severe Painful Swelling On The Bottom On

I have a severe painful swelling on the bottom on my right butt cheek. It started out small (quarter size) but now is large (size of egg) and feel like it's spreading into the shape of a vein or lymph node. What can I do now till I can get back home to my doctor.
