I Have A Severe Shoulder (frozen) Disability (badly Torn Cartilages).Scans

I have a severe shoulder (frozen) disability (badly torn cartilages).Scans have revealed a shoulder which(maybe) not operated on because of my age(83). My GP hastaken me off several painkillers and given me targin(1am-2in evening). These make me terribly drowsy and unstable, so have only been taking 1 a day for 2 days. My question is if I supplement targin with panadol osteo would this work for me or be detrimental to my health? If I don't take targin my pain returns, initially this was excrusiating. Frank Cleal
