I Have A Severe Sinus Infection And Have Hives On

I have a severe sinus infection and have hives on inner thighs, top of hands a few dots, and stomach which come and go . ON leveguin for sinus infection but hives started the day before also on atarax. Could I use locoid lotion to stop the itching. Also have CLL
