I Have A Sharp Pain About Mid To Lower Back

I have a sharp pain about mid to lower back pain. It is hurt when I breathe or move. Yesterday, I was fine. I woke up with stuffy nose, pain in the back and upper left back near shoulder and neck. I usually get it on the right side of the body when I got the cold but this is my first on the left.
