I Have A Sharp Pain Every Time I Pee.. And

I have a sharp pain every time I pee.. And a bit of stomach pains. A few whiteheads on my vagina.. But nothing sore or out of the ordinary. I am sexual active with someone who has treated herpes.. Always used a condom though and no contact during outbreaks. What could it be...my urine is normal, no excess discharge. But I began to feel nauseous and have chills today. Help!
