I Have A Sharp Pain In My Right Upper Arm.

I have a sharp pain in my right upper arm. It just came on out of the blue. I had the flu for two weeks and was in bed most of that time. I am over the flu now but this sharp pain in my arm is keeping me in bed. When I try to get out of the bed the pain is intense. What is this?
