I Have A Sharp Pain On The Outside 0f My

I have a sharp pain on the outside 0f my right calf when walking. There is no pain when resting. I hiked four miles yesterday in the Smoky Mountains. This is the third day in a row this has happened. It has never happened before. There is no other pain in my right leg or back.
