I Have A Sharp Pain On The Top To The

I have a sharp pain on the top to the side of my foot behind the joint for my big toe when pressure is applied to it. the same thing is starting to happen on the other side of my foot. this has been going on for a while on my big toe side and for about a week on the other side. trying to find a solution.
