I Have A Sharp Stabbing In The Front Of My

I have a sharp stabbing in the front of my head which only last for just a couple of seconds and only occurs a couple of times a week, usually in the evening. On a pain scale of 1--10 it's a 10, it comes on as a complete surprise and causes me to react as if some stuck a pick in my head. Who should I se regarding this? I'm 73 years old and these events have been occurring for at least 6 - 7 years.
