I Have A Sharp Stabbing Like Pain In My Lower

I have a sharp stabbing like pain in my lower left abdomen almost parallel to my pelvis and straight above my left testicle, I also have a near constant need to urinate and the pain becomes immensely worse when I either contract my abdomen or when I try to lay flat and causes a pain all the way down to my genital area, I'm concerned because I am an automotive technician so I regularly lift 50lbs+ all day and today I was working on a lot heavier duty vehicles and was lifting around 80lbs tires from the ground to shoulder height which is what caused the pain
