I Have A Sharp Stabbing Pain In My Left Heel.

I have a sharp stabbing pain in my left heel. It hurts most in the morning when I get out of bed or if I've been sitting for a period of time. After a few minutes of walking it is fine. If I walk on the ball of my foot, I still feel it but it's muted.
