I Have A Shii.....shii... Sound In My Left Ear, I

I have a shii.....shii... sound in my left ear, I visited z doctor , he gave zoxan and now teracortil but still the sound exists and my left eye also blinking rarely . What can I do I'm worried

My second question is I took nerve treatment in my right premoral lower teeth and after 2 months later, pain existed with small swelling . Then I visited dentis , he took X-ray and said the teeth has infection and should be removed. Fortunately , all the pain and swelling disappeared without taking any medicine. I fear that may be something happen in the future pls give me your advice
