I Have A Shiny Fleshy Skin Tag Looking Something On

I have a shiny fleshy skin tag looking something on my bikini line there are about 4 of them. They are all different sizes. They don't itch, they are not painful, they are just there. I have had the biggest one about the size of a popcorn seed for about 2 months or so and recently noticed the little ones as big as a sesame seed.
