I Have A Silencer Burn In Front Side Of Ankle

I have a silencer burn in front side of ankle and i am using sumag ointment for it but there is swelling all aroujd the leg which is not reducing even after 4 days.and i am taking anti biotics,multivitamin tablets orally.and i have left my wound open but keep it clean n apply ointment on regular intervals.but still swelling is not giing what should i do?
