I Have A Sinus Infection And Am Currently Taking Amoxicillin

I have a sinus infection and am currently taking amoxicillin twice a day Rx by my doctor. But I'm still having numbness on the right side of my face near my sinuses and in my gums and upper right row of teeth. When will this go away I've been on my Rx 5 days now and have been blowing out a lot of mucus a snot.
