I Have A Sinus Infection And An Ear Infection, 2nd

I have a sinus infection and an ear infection, 2nd round of antibiotics started 2 day ago. I had sever pain on right side of face around sinuses and eye, pain has subsided but now have numbness on right side of nose and upper lip, some numbness around bottom of right eye socket? is this normal? will it go away? should I go back to doctor if not better by next week?
