I Have A Sinus Infection, But Notice When I Take

I have a sinus infection, but notice when I take a deep breath that I have the uncontrollable urge to cough. It is a cough that causes green mucus to be expelled. After which I find temporary relief of the pain until I take another deep breath. Should I see a doctor???
