I Have A Sinus Infection That Has My Right Ear

I have a sinus infection that has my right ear infected. it feels like swimmer ears. I can barely hear out of the ear. I have been taking augmentin for 4 days with no relief. Mucus is thick and green . Sometime can't breathe out of nose . I am pre-diabetic . What should I do and take.
