I Have A Sinus Infection With Fluid In My Ears

I have a sinus infection with fluid in my ears and I am very dizzy and have been for over 10 days. I am on doyclyclene I think that is how it is spelled. I was told to take anti vert over the counter. I have been on that for over a week. 12.5 mg, up to 4 tabs a day. Pharmacist said double that since lowest dosage. I tried that and still no improvement. I have tried several different exercises for dizziness but have not had any change. I know you have to do them for a period of time. My question is, what else can I try.
