I Have A Sivere Narrawing Of Rachidian Canal At D10-D11

I have a sivere narrawing of rachidian canal at D10-D11 ; the spinal corde is squeezed which causes terrible pains . Neurosurgion in France said it is very dangerous to operate at this location due of so many nerves passing at that point .

Would you please give me a decisive opinion .
