I Have A Six Year Old Son That Has Had

I have a six year old son that has had a low grade fever off and on for a couple of days and he doesn't want to eat or drink anything so he is also not going to the bathroom as often as he normally does. He is also just laying around and has taken naps both days - not playing at all. Do I need to take him to the doctor?
