I Have A Skin Colour Mole On My Head Hair.

I have a skin colour mole on my head hair. When I lost my hair dye to alopecia it disappeared then returned months later. Lately the mole has grown and become itchy. Last few days it was beginning to throb and pretty painfull. When a family member check it out it looked angry red. When they squeeze it a lot of puss come out from the mole. It's still very painful and throbbing do I need to go straight to my doctor?
