I Have A Skin Eruption That Appeared Two Days Ago.

I have a skin eruption that appeared two days ago. It looks like the pores of my skin erupted. I have patches that are red and warm to the touch, but no itching. Could this be contact dermatitis? I haven't worn makeup in two days and took Benedryl and have applied a hydrocortisone cream, but havent' seen improvement. It actually looks worse.
