I Have A Skin Flap In The Upper Left Side

I have a skin flap in the upper left side of my cheek, near the back molar. It is red and has a white dot on it. I noticed it last Sunday. I thought I might have bitten my cheek but I dont remember doing that. I dont know what it is and I dont know if it will heal on its own.
