I Have A Skin Graft On The Tip Of My

I have a skin graft on the tip of my nose done 3 weeks ago. Dr. removed bolster and stitches a week ago. Covered only with a band aid. No ointment or cleansing at all was recommended. I Waited a week till bandaid fell off. But it is sticking to the wound again now on crusted blood on edges. I am afraid that the band aid will continue to stick to the graft unless I put some ointment or Vaseline over it.

Should I put a layer of Aquaphor on the band aid when I change it again.
