I Have A Skin Growth That Seems To Be Enlarging

I have a skin growth that seems to be enlarging in my rectal area . It is itchy at times but does not seem to go away. It is like a bump in my anal area that has grown. I am wondering if I should see a skin doctor or gastrontologist or is this normal. Its like a fistula
