I Have A Skin Problem. It Started With My Feet.

I have a skin problem. it started with my feet. I had a sore on my foot, I work around horses and stood in urine I'm sure it got in my sore. witch caused very bad problems. my feet were swollen I lost all toe nails then finger nails I was bed ridden for weeks. my hole body itched. I had green fluid coming out of my body every ware. I went to the doctors gave me antibiotics, a shot of cortisone, a ton of creams. it took a long to go into remission and I'm afraid its back please help. my feet are so red and swollen bloody and wet I cant walk on them without pain.
