I Have A Skin Problem Which Started 4 Years Back.

I have a skin problem which started 4 years back. It's spots occurred and starts itching there. I used flucanazole dusting powder in the affected areas, but no use. I used Tenovate GM cream, it results. But another spot will come in another part of the skin. Again apply this cream there. Same result and issue. Now I came to Kuwait for job purpose. Here was cold climate before the last week and my skin affected the spots in uncontrolled manner. I am fear in spreading more. Please help me.
