I Have A Skin Rash On My Arms. That's The

I have a skin rash on my arms. That's the only place. I don't know if it is from my dish soap or by the water or if it is from my cat. The rash is about the size of a 1/2 dollar on my right arm, but it also burns and itches. Now I see I have a second rash below this rash. the rash on my left arm is not as bad but I still have one there.
