I Have A Skipped Heart Beat For Many Years. It

I have a skipped heart beat for many years. It is benign. i am taking Toprol 50ml once a day for many years. Otherwise I am healthy and fitted. I just turned 50 and have to do the colonoscopy. What worries me is a sedation during the procedure. Should I worry?
