I Have A Slight Acute Pain, Under My Front Left

I have a slight acute pain, under my front left side of my rib cage. Not I suffer from consist pain in my back , do to an accident 15 yrs ago. Fracture T-7,8,9 in my back. And when I sleep, to awake to pee at night, my left side rib cage feels like a Charlie horse. But after an hour of moving around , the pain subsides. This problem has arised just in the last month
