I Have A Slight Irritation Of My Urethra Opening But

I have a slight irritation of my urethra opening but nothing that really bothered me and this morning i saw light colored blood after using the rest room. I went to a nurse and she said possibly could have uti but i also have frequent bv infections. Could bv cause blood in urine? i tried a boric acid suppository on monday and they have made me bleed before but not a couple days later.
