I Have A Slight Niggling Pain In My Upper Right

I have a slight niggling pain in my upper right 'abdomen' fat roll under right breast. on and off. not extremely painful and happens every so often and can go away within a second. I suffer with anxiety which i feel is why i get a hot flush after this tiny pain. I am overweight. 23. woman.
