I Have A Slightly Swollen Triangular Spot On My Right

I have a slightly swollen triangular spot on my right eyeball, which is coincident with the fifth day of a bad cold. I've also had some pains around that eye socket. I think it's a symptom of the cold, but I just had cataract surgery on that eye three weeks ago.
