I Have A Small Area On My Cheek, Just Below

I have a small area on my cheek, just below the corner of my mouth that has a tingling sensation that comes and goes. There is no pain with it and no spots, rash, or discoloration associated with it in either the inside of my mouth or outside of my cheek. What could cause this? it is seemingly just an annoyance like an eye twitch or something of the like. Has been on and off for 3-4 days.
