I Have A Small Blood Clot In The Palm Of

I have a small blood clot in the palm of my hand it doesn't hurt but when I raise my hand it becomes extremely hard and turns almost black in color... When I keep my hand at waist hight it softens and fades.... It popped up over three months ago... It hasn't gotten any bigger or smaller... Should I wait and see or should I worry?
