I Have A Small Bulge Above My Belly Button And

I have a small bulge above my belly button and for about a year now every once in awhile it'll hurt and I'll start throwing up and having diarrhea as well as a cold sweat n shaking my father had chrons disease as well as coolant cancer. I've been to the Dr several times and they never look at my intestines only my stomach and usually tell me either it's an anxiety attack or I'm dehydrated. Should I be worried it's chrons disease
