I Have A Small Bump On My Bottom Lip That

I have a small bump on my bottom lip that has been there a long time. It stared pouring blood the other night when I was taking off my makeup. Had a hard time stopping the bleeding. Today it started again when I was eating a sandwich. What could it be? There was quite a bit of blood but not as much as first time. Bump does not look bad.
