I Have A Small Bump On The Left Side Of

I have a small bump on the left side of my clit. I had gotten it before and my doctor have me bactrim as my antibiotic and I had to put a damp warm rag on them and let them pop naturally and they didn't come back until I had gotten a UTI and now I have just one and it moves around if I push it to try and pop it. I have been tested for STD' s and so has my husband. I am just really nervous about this and want to know what to do. It's not painful either and when I put a warm damp rag on it it shrinks.
